For Pago Express, Crafting was a strategic ally, really from the moment we began all the analyzes to all the workshops thatallowed us to identify the opportunities to work on. Hence the strategy to follow and all the pillars. They helped us above all toorganize ourselves and to be able to take tactical and punctual actions with times and ways of doing things so that they reallyhappen. Hence, the urgent always comes before the important and having an ally who helps you organize, who follows up withyou, who is a project manager, really made it possible for us to meet the objectives we set for ourselves.
Pago Express is one of the most important collection networks in the Paraguayan market. At the end of 2019 we saw the need tofurther deepen our understanding of the competitive market and look for opportunities to scale the business.
What we work on is reinventing all Commercial processes. We question the way we have been working. We started throwingideas around each other and put together a new process from how to approach the Leads, how to process them and how to serve our network of associated mouths. The truth is that it gave us an impressive result because we began to be much more productive and reduced the activation times of the new outlets on the one hand, and on the other hand we also got closer to our network ofassociated outlets.
Express Payment needed a refresh. We did a brand refresh. But what we also did was that all our materials and all our visibilityboth on the street and in the corporate identity was standardized, something that we did not have before. And this resulted in uslaunching the first campaign, last year at the end of the year. For the brand, in 17 years it was our first massive campaign. Thismassive campaign had a very positive impact on the company's results. We also launched a loyalty plan associated with thecampaign. And all this led to our clients participating in this plan growing their billing by 16%. And on the other hand, we had a historic acquisition of new clients in Pago Express.
